Training Opportunities

Find upcoming Mental Health First Aid and ASIST Training dates, locations and times. Pre-registration and payment are required for these training workshops. These training sessions are critical resources within Island communities. They serve to educate individuals, groups, and organizations about different mental health conditions, and to teach life saving skills to navigate situations related to those at risk of suicide.

Peer support is the process of disclosing personal lived experience and recovery history to provide support, guidance, and inspire hope for others experiencing similar situations with their mental health.
